The ROUTA POWERLINE variator upgrade / clutch kit - when installed with P90x / P190x originally fitted variator - helps to transfer the engine power better to the wheels so you can use the engine potential more effectively.The optimal setup combination was developed through real driving tests and tests on the dynamometer.

Trail Kits do not increase your vehicle’s top speed, but they significantly improve acceleration in the low to mid-range, resulting in crisper throttle response. ROUTA POWERLINE kits reduce belt slip and heat buildup in the variator, compensating for power loss and sluggish response caused by larger tyres. This makes them ideal for trail riding, occasional mud and sand driving, as well as ploughing and towing.

Low part of Helix will let you drive low speed with more rpm and therefore give more HP and torque to wheels.
High part is designed to give more, more and more upshifting with same rate than your engine is making more horsepower.

The Clutch Upgrade Kit includes detailed adjustments information based on the vehicles specs and conditions of use and parts to adjust it accordingly.
