JAY PARTS BELLCRANK STAINLESS STEEL

Remove the seat and remove the right side panel. First open the upper nut 13mm – then open the 10mm nut (10mm at the back and the front). We prefer the H position when dismantling.

Carefully pry down the original lever with a fixed screwdriver.

Here at the black dot you can see the wide tooth that specifies the position of the lever.

Then tighten the shift linkage with the screw and the original self-locking nut, 10mm screw and nut with 12NM. Now assemble the right side parts and the seat.

Before starting up again, check whether your ATV can be shifted with normal power. Should it be difficult to shift or should you have a problem during assembly, you are welcome to report to our email adress technik@jay-parts.com. We will help as soon as possible.
