ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
HIGH PERFORMANCE FAN – POLARIS SCRAMBLER / SPORTSMAN 850/1000
The installation is very simple. At first you must dismantle only the original fan. There are 2 different models that differ in optics. Both models, you can upgrade to the high performance fan from Jay Parts.
After removing the fan cover from the radiator, remove the old fan on open the 4 screws
The new fan is inserted from the back and fastened with the 4 supplied screws. Make sure, that the cable is on the right side.
Then insert the pin.
Align the fan and attach it to the secure clip.
Make sure that the fan wheel rotates freely and without contact.
