Enjoy the ultimate off-road exhaust system with the RP-JAY PARTS Single Performance Slip On for Polaris Sportsman 1000 S and Scrambler 1000 S. The silencer is made of stainless steel, eliminating all the weak points of aluminium silencers (cracks, breakage and overheating)
The inner core structure is completely newly developed and was successfully tested at the Dakar 2022, Hellas Rally 2022 and many more. Rallys successfully tested. Extensive stress tests were also carried out by the German GCC Champion 2023 Jay Gröpl in the 2023 season without having to renew or replace the silencers once.

AIR-FUEL MIXTURE TUNING
The use of an efficient performance exhaust requires a crucial step - EFI tuning. RP-JAY PARTS exhaust systems must be accompanied by a proper re-flashing, adjust the injection software or use of an EFI Tuner to prevent the engine from running lean, which can result in engine damage
To guarantee a correct air to fuel mixture, make sure to adhere to the manufacturer's recommended settings for your fuel tuner.

To maintain optimum performance and sound quality (DB measurement in motorsport), regular servicing is crucial. Over time, the packing material deteriorates due to heat and vibration, which affects both sound and performance. If used regularly, we recommend checking this every three months and refilling the silencer if necessary. Ambitious racers may need to check this more frequently to ensure longevity and maintain your warranty.

WARRANTY
GUARANTEE / WARRANTY
Neglecting to properly tune the engine using an EFI tuner when using an RP-JAY PARTS exhaust will void the exhaust warranty. Any problems arising from the engine not running correctly, such as a lean condition or incorrect air/fuel ratio, will not be considered a valid warranty claim.
